For EB1A, EB1B and NIW potential clients, you can either go to Contact Us page of our website, fill out the blanks, provide a detailed description of your credential background in the comment area, including degrees, research area, publication record, citation numbers and research or academic achievement, and click send button. Or send a complete copy of your Curriculum Vitae to email@example.com.
For PERM applicants or H1B potential clients, email us your job position, detailed job description, company’s address, salary information, and a complete resume. You can provide such information by going to the Contact Us page of our website, or send the information directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your free evaluation email request, an experienced immigration attorney at our office will contact you and provide you with our professional evaluation within 24 hours.

Flat Legal Fees
We provide fair, reasonable and competitive legal fees for quality legal services we render for our clients. With some exceptions, we normally charge a flat rate for immigration legal services, with a deposit up front and the remainder paid upon approval of the immigration petition. Our legal fees do not include government filing fees or other costs such as online case management fees, mailing or shipping fees etc. Click here for a list of fee schedules for certain immigration cases we charge.
Please contact our office at 312-750-9889 or via our Contact Us page to schedule a fee-based consultation. Consultations are held during our normal business hours on weekdays at our Chicago downtown office or suburb office at Bartlett, Illinois. Our consultation fee is $200. If you retain our office within 28 days, we credit the $200 consultation fee. Consultations may take up to one-half hour, but we may spend more time with you as required to get a full picture of your case. You should bring all relevant immigration materials to your consultation meeting.
We endeavor to make consultations as informative as possible. However, the following situations will not apply to our consultation services, and we believe we will be of better help if we are retained as counsel on the case:
1) Queries about the best way to answer questions on an immigration form; and
2) Advice on responding to specific questions raised by Request for Evidence or by an immigration officer at interview.
Such issues require a more in-depth understanding of your case than can be done during a half-hour consultation. It is only by preparing your immigration case that our office can devise an honest and helpful approach to your application form and interview.
If visiting our office is not convenient for you, our attorneys are also available to hold consultations and meetings via phone. Our fee for a phone consultation is $200. Methods of Payment
We accept as payment personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, cash, and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
For personal or corporate checks: please make check payable to Law Offices of Yongbing Zhang, sign and date the check accordingly. Please be noted that an additional fee of $30 will be charged to the client for each bounced check. So please make sure that the account has sufficient fund while issuing the check.
For money orders and cashier’s checks, please make them payable to Law Offices of Yongbing Zhang and include our firm’s address if necessary. Our address is 67 E. Madison Street, Suite 1616, Chicago, Illinois 60603.
For credit card payment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Please fill out the Authorization for Credit Card Payment, and send the authorization to our office. Then we can process the credit card payment. Please be noted that a 4% processing fee will be added to your credit card payment if the underlying payment exceeds $200.
